Cancellation conditions

Cancellation

You are liable for cancellations due to calamities and/or force majeure shortly before or during your stay. We advise you to take out cancellation and/or travel insurance for this.

Please see our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 60 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation from 60 days (inclusive) to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

Cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only informs on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that they will no longer be using the rented property, the tenant will still owe the full rental price.
